Our new look
Thank you for visiting AFC’s brand new web site. We hope you find the new look and user friendly menus useful as you page through the site. We trust you’ll find the NEW AFC web site a resource you’ll return to frequently for all your cable and flexible conduit needs.
Our most exciting news is the launch of two new cable products — MC-Quik® and MC Stat®. These new Type MC cables feature a conductor assembly free from the messy overall assembly tapes and paper wraps of the past. MC-Quik® and MC Stat® have conductors with individual protective coverings which eliminates the need for assembly tapes. As we say, “It’s a Snap Without the Wrap!”
And consistent with AFC’s goal to develop cables which allow for fast safe installations, MC-Quik® and MC Stat® feature an armor/full sized ground wire combination for low impedance grounding capability without having to terminate a wire.
MC Stat®, for health care applications, also contains a full sized green insulated copper grounding conductor for a second path to equipment grounding as required for areas of patient care. MC-Stat may be used anywhere traditional HCF cables have been used and more.
