Features & Benefits
The Intelligent Floor System for power uses multi-conductor power cable in conjunction with Main Distribution Box (MDB's) and Secondary Distribution Box (SDB's) to build a flexible, easy-to-use 20 amp wiring system for use under raised floors. The unique 10 pin configuration provides maximum flexibility in designing systems which integrate seamlessly with today's open office plans.
Lower installation costs during initial build-out and easier, more economical moves, adds and changes (MAC's) later on makes the Intelligent Floor the intelligent choice.
Cable management is also significantly improved through the use of multi-conductor power Home Run cables. Cables are routed from power closets to a Master Distribution Box. Convenient power connections are simply a matter of plugging in the appropriate prefabricated modular cable assemblies.
Instead of custom building from components on site, if the system is simply unpacked and laid in place. Relocations are also greatly simplified. Just unplug, reconfigure and plug. This approach allows all but the most major renovations to be handled by in-house staff. |

The Intelligent Floor Telecom System is a TIA/EIA568B compliant zone wiring system, which is fully prefabricated at the factory to the highest performance standards currently Cat5E and completely tested before shipping to the job site.
The unique ACS/Uni-Fab Zone Distribution Box (ZDB) with home-run , bundles and armors up to 4-pair of conductors in lengths up to 75m. This unique component is punched down in the unit, everything else in the system is plug and play. Simply place the ZDB's in strategic locations throughout the space, plug the ACS/Uni-Fab Telecom Extender into the male plug and run to the faceplate in auto.
The advantages of the ACS/Uni-Fab IF Telecom System F mirror those of the Power System. Lower installed cost, more flexibility to make future MAC's at reduced expense and accelerated depreciation are benefits. The failure rate of the ACS/Uni-Fab fabricated Telecom System approaches 5%, a significant advantage over the failure rate experienced with field-wind systems, which historically average c. 5%.
The ACS/Uni-Fab Intelligent Floor Telecom System also eliminates the need for cable tray, a way to create a significant cost reduction. |

Features & Benefits
The Intelligent Ceiling Power System provides the same state-of-the-art technology for applications which do not include a raised floor as the Intelligent Floor. Simply flip the system above the ceiling and feed down through system furniture, or up to poke-thru's.
Typical applications for the Intelligent Ceiling includes call centers, spec office buildings, schools and other uses requiring maximum flexibility to accommodate future MAC's
Cable management is also significantly improved through the use of multi-conductor power and communication cables, eliminating individual home-run cabling. Cables are routed from power and communication closets to Master and Zone Distribution Boxes. Convenient power connections are simply a matter of plugging in the appropriate prefabricated modular cable assemblies.
Providing connectivity in this manner not only improves upfront implementation but downstream lifecycle cost as well. In addition, The Intelligent Ceiling/Floor's modular prefabricated system significantly reduces installation time.
